Salita al Cerro Torre 1970, la “discussa” spedizione del compressore dove Cesare Maestri, Carlo Claus, Ezio Alimonta, Renato Valentini, Cesarino Fava e Pietro Vidi (nelle foto) in condizioni “Patagoniche” ed invernali, rallentati dal pesantissimo ed ingombrante compressore, hanno superato le difficoltà della parete sud est arrivando ad un centinaio di metri dal fungo (la vetta del Cerro Torre).
